Our Doctors
Victor J. Mora, D.D.S.
Dr. Mora and his team of professionals have been providing exceptional dental care in Chula Vista and throughout the south bay community of San Diego for nearly 40 years! Born and raised in El Centro, California, Dr. Mora moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completely his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Mora has dedicated his career to providing his patients with healthy, beautiful smiles.
Dr. Mora’s dental office has operated in Chula Vista since 1976 and he has treated generations of families. His patients trust his advice, the care he provides and the staff and professional associates he employs. Dr. Mora’s dental office offers his patients the highest level of dentistry from skilled professionals who have the highest levels of dental education.

James Teal, D.D.S.
Dr. Teal received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California before attending Emory Dental University in Georgia where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Teal received the highest honor in his class, the “Hands Award” for best Clinician. Dr. Teal has been practicing dentistry in California for over 35 years and has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the highest level of dental care.
Dr. Teal’s extensive training and experience in the field of cosmetic dentistry allows him to combine science and artistry to create beautiful lasting smiles for each of his patients. In his free time Dr. Teal loves to get outdoors, his hobbies include surfing, fishing, sailing and watching spectator sports with his family.
Julia Ng, D.D.S.
Dr. Ng has a passion for promoting healthy beautiful smiles. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in general biology. Dr. Ng then attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated with High Honors at the top of her class. Dr. Ng is trained to perform the latest in dental procedures utilizing state of the art dental equipment.
A San Diego native, Dr. Ng looks forward to giving back to the community that has given her so much. Dr. Ng offers her patients the highest quality of dental care and enjoys educating others on the importance of oral health and its link to the health of the whole body. Dr. Ng has also traveled to Fiji and Peru to volunteer her expertise, performing dentistry in communities with limited access to dental care professionals.
Ken Rieland, D.D.S.
Dr. Rieland attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where his undergraduate studies were focused on pre-dentistry. Dr. Rieland earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his hometown, before moving to San Diego. Dr. Rieland specializes in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Rieland has been practicing dentistry in California for nearly 40 years and has built many trusted relationships with his patients over the years. His patients truly appreciate his experience and his open and honest communication regarding their dental care. When he is not making his patient’s smile’s beautiful, he loves to take walks with his wife on the beach in Del Mar and play golf.
